The Immacolata altar was realised in Baroque style with four Greek marble columns and transferred here from the church of Corpus Domini, demolished during the Napoleonic epoch.

The center of the altar houses the Immaculated Virgin, a work by Morlaiter and transferred here by the abolished School of the Charity; originally in its place there was an altarpiece by Girolamo Forabosco, Saints Mark, Girolamo, and Cipriano with the Patriarch Corner.
